Children and Mission at DHPC

We are committed to teaching our children at DHPC the importance of mission.  We hold fundraising events throughout the year, with the money collected being given to different charities around the Valley and the world.   Some of the past fundraisers have been Christmas advent wreaths, collection boxes, food drives, and cookie dough sales.

Ronald McDonald House Project

The Children's Ministry is pleased to announce our participation in helping to raise funds for our local Ronald McDonald House and Ronald McDonald Family Room at St. Joseph's Hospital.  As one of our mission projects, we feel this particular project has many aspects which enable us to better teach our children how to care for those in need, showing the compassion and love Jesus Christ himself modeled for us.  Through the collection of pop tabs, the children will see their collection efforts add up to make a difference in the lives of others.
